Buildings are how your bakery stops depending on your finger. Here's what they do and when each one is worth buying.
Each building produces cookies automatically. Every time you buy another of the same type its price goes up by roughly fifteen percent, so you'll keep moving to new building types rather than buying one forever. The numbers below are the starting prices and base output, before any upgrades.
The first buildings
Later buildings and mini-games
After factories come the Bank, Temple and Wizard Tower, followed by buildings such as the Shipment, Alchemy Lab and Portal, and many more. Several of the earlier ones open mini-games: the Bank has a stock market, the Temple has a pantheon of spirits and the Wizard Tower has a spellbook. They're optional, but they add a fun layer once your basic income is steady.
How to decide what to buy
- Hover over a building and read how much CPS it adds.
- Divide the price by that gain to see which one is the better deal right now.
- Check the upgrade shelf first. A cheap upgrade often beats a new building.
- Keep a mix. Owning a few of everything unlocks more upgrades than going all in on one type.
